Teivantage ("we", "us") is a managed-operations agency registered in the Republic of Korea. We operate Amazon US storefronts on behalf of brands that appoint us.
We do not sell goods directly to consumers, and we do not receive or store end-customer names, shipping addresses, payment details or contact information. The reports we retrieve from the marketplace are product-level and aggregated.

3. Advertising and marketplace account data
Where a brand authorizes us to access its Amazon Advertising or Selling Partner account, we handle the resulting data as follows.
- Authorized accounts only. We access only the accounts a brand has explicitly authorized us to operate, and only for the duration of the operating agreement.
- Internal use only. The software that stores and analyses this data is used by our own team. It is not sold, licensed or distributed to third parties.
- No cross-advertiser aggregation. One brand's data is never shown to another brand, and is never combined into benchmarks, market reports or any product sold onward.
- Structural separation. Access is enforced at the database level per brand, not by hiding fields in the user interface.
- Deletion on termination. When an engagement ends, we revoke account access and active sessions without delay, and delete the associated data on request.
4. Legal basis
We process personal data on the basis of the data subject's consent, the performance of a contract to which the data subject or their organization is a party, and our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, as permitted by the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea.
5. Retention
| Category | Retention period |
|---|---|
| Enquiry records | 1 year after the enquiry is resolved |
| Client contact data | 5 years after the engagement ends (Korean Commercial Act) |
| Service accounts | Deleted without delay when access ends |
| Access logs | 1 year |
| Personnel records | 3 years after departure (Labor Standards Act) |
6. Sharing and international transfers
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. We use the following processors to deliver the service.
| Processor | Function | Data location |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase, Inc. | Database and authentication | Republic of Korea (Seoul region) |
| Vercel, Inc. | Application hosting and access logs | United States |
| Slack Technologies, LLC | Internal operational notifications | United States |
We also use third-party AI services (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI) to assist with operational analysis. The material sent to those services is limited to brand- and product-level sales, advertising and inventory metrics and does not contain personal data. This restriction is enforced in our software, not only by policy.
Data subjects may object to international transfers by contacting us at the address in Section 1. Where a transfer is essential to providing the service, objecting may limit our ability to continue providing it.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal data at any time by contacting tei@teivantage.com. We will respond without delay and in any case within 10 days of receiving the request. While a correction request is pending, we will not use or disclose the disputed data.
8. Security
- Source records, internal analysis and externally visible data are held in separate database schemas; the externally reachable layer contains only material a person has reviewed and published.
- Row-level security restricts each brand account to its own records at the database level.
- Access is granted at the minimum necessary scope and revoked — including already-issued sessions — as soon as it is no longer required.
- All traffic is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
- Access logs are retained and reviewed periodically.
9. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Korea Internet & Security Agency Privacy Center (privacy.kisa.or.kr, +82-118) or the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee (www.kopico.go.kr, +82-1833-6972).
10. Changes to this policy
This policy takes effect on 1 September 2026. If we change it, we will post the revised policy on this page at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
