Seoul, Korea · Amazon US Marketplace

We operate Amazon US storefronts on behalf of Korean beauty brands.

Teivantage is a managed-operations agency. Brands appoint us to run their Amazon US business day to day — catalog and listings, advertising, inventory planning and settlement reconciliation — and we report results back to them through a dedicated dashboard.

What we do

Full-service Amazon operations, not consulting.

We are accountable for the outcome, not for a deliverable. Each brand is assigned an operator who works the account daily.

01 / Catalog

Listings & content

Listing creation and optimization, A+ content, variation structure, and keyword coverage for the US market.

02 / Advertising

Sponsored campaigns

Sponsored Products, Brands and Display — planned, launched and adjusted against agreed ACoS and TACoS targets.

03 / Supply

Inventory & settlement

FBA replenishment planning around Korea-to-US lead times, plus settlement reconciliation so brands see net revenue after fees.

How we operate

A daily loop, run by people.

We built an internal operating system to support this work. It collects the reports each account produces, computes baselines, and surfaces where a brand is constrained. It does not act on its own — every change to a live account is decided and made by a person.

Collect

Daily data capture

Search term, inventory and traffic reports cannot be recovered retroactively. If they are not captured on the day, that date is gone. So we capture daily.

Diagnose

One bottleneck at a time

Impressions, clicks, conversion, average price, or inventory. We identify which one is currently limiting growth instead of changing everything at once.

Decide

Human judgment

Automation proposes; the assigned operator decides and records the reasoning. No automated bid or budget changes are made without review.

Report

Client dashboard

Each brand sees its own results — net revenue, target attainment, advertising efficiency and inventory coverage — and nothing belonging to any other brand.

Data & API use

What we do with account data.

We handle advertising and sales data belonging to the brands that appoint us. The following describes, plainly, how that data is obtained, used and separated.

Intended use of the Amazon Advertising API

  • Purpose. To replace manual report downloads for the advertiser accounts we are authorized to manage. Today an operator downloads campaign, targeting and search-term reports by hand each day; the API would automate that same retrieval.
  • Scope. Reporting and campaign management for brands that have explicitly granted us access to their advertising accounts. We do not request access to accounts we do not operate.
  • Internal use only. The software is used by our own team. It is not sold, licensed, or offered as a product to third parties, and it is not a public SaaS application.
  • No resale or aggregation across advertisers. Data from one brand is never shown to another brand, and is not combined into benchmarks, market reports, or anything sold onward.
  • Separation. Each brand's dashboard is scoped to that brand's own data at the database level, not by hiding fields in the interface.
  • Retention. Data is retained only for the accounts we operate and for as long as the operating agreement is in effect.
